Equegym Open Horse Walkers

Equegym open horse walker installations maximise the use of valuable land resources by leaving the entire central area free for lunging, round pen or other purposes.

Requiring no costly concrete foundations (subject to site survey and configuration) and being movable a planning permit is not required and the exerciser can be moved to another location at a future date.

The design of the open exerciser allows it to be readily incorporated into existing equestrian facilities such as barns or indoor arenas whilst minimising loss of space.

Our open walker systems are available in a range of standard diameters and are fitted at installation with the requisite number of pusher gates to suit our clients horse exercising and training requirements.

	CONSTRUCTION and COMPONENTS		Precision machined tubular steel components.
	The main open exerciser structure is constructed from pre-formed hot-dipped galvanised tubular steel components. These include inner and outer walkway fence sections, support arches, upper support ring and drive ring. Other principal components include a single overhead drive motor, horse pusher gates, walker control unit, support wheel units, walkway perimeter beams and a range of optional fencing, flooring and wind protection materials. As with all Equgym horse walkers the control unit allows handlers to program training routines including rotation speed, exercise duration and change of direction
